Recording & transcription — beta terms
Fysigo is invite-only during beta. By creating an account, you agree that your 1:1 online coaching sessions are recorded on video and transcribed to text.
What is captured
- Video and audio of the session (cloud recording via Daily.co)
- A text transcript of what was said (English or Spanish, depending on your session language)
How we use recordings and transcripts
- Attach the session transcript to your Fysigo health record so you and your coach can review it
- Improve Fysigo's coaching AI through model training (stored privately by Fysigo)
Where data is stored
- Daily.co processes the live session and holds recordings briefly before webhook delivery
- Recordings and transcripts live in Fysigo's private, access-controlled storage
- Nothing is stored in your personal Dropbox or Google Drive unless you explicitly export it
Your transcript is available in the app on each session's recap page. Revoke consent anytime in Account settings — future sessions will not be recorded after revocation. To delete data already stored, contact support@fysigo.com.
This standing consent applies for the invite-only beta phase. We will notify you before any change that requires re-consent.
