Fysigo is what happens when one team builds all of it as one opinionated system instead. Coaching is part of it. It was never the point of it.

Training history, recovery trends, lab results — all portable, all exportable. Lock-in comes from the platform being good, not from holding your data hostage.
Transparent pricing.
One published rate, honest about what it costs to run this. No "contact sales," no hidden tiers. If we ever change the price, existing members are grandfathered — we said it, we mean it.

Your training, recovery, labs, and nutrition all read from the same record. Add a coach later and they see exactly what you see — no separate portal, no re-explaining your history.
