Pro pays for itself the first time a client buys $200 of supplements through you.
Crossover math: once meaningful supplement or lab volume runs through your book, Pro becomes a one-way door. The base fee filters out tire-kickers. The product-margin flip rewards real volume.

The client pays
Sessions, supplements, labs, programs — direct to Fysigo via Stripe. The platform split happens behind the scenes. The client never sees the rev share.

Can I switch tiers?
Yes, any month, both directions. We default new coaches to Starter so you can ramp.
Is there an annual lock-in?
No. Month-to-month. Cancel any time. We don't believe in retention by friction.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Application, contract, Stripe Connect, invite codes — all included in the base.
How do Stripe fees work?
Stripe charges roughly 2.9% + $0.30 per card transaction. Those fees pass through to you on each charge — they are not part of the Fysigo split.
How does 1099 work?
Fysigo issues one 1099-K per coach per year via Stripe Connect. One ledger, one form, no off-platform billing.
What if I want to leave?
Your client list, programs, notes, and lab files export at any time. The data is yours. The relationships are yours.
